TechSecure is a mobile EMI and device-financing protection platform for phone dealers, distributors and agents in India. It lets you sell smartphones on installments and protect the financed devices with an on-device locker until they're fully paid.
Every command can run online in real time. When a device has no data connection, TechSecure falls back to secure SMS commands, so you can still lock, unlock and control the device offline.
You enrol the on-device locker app during onboarding using a QR code — either the standard method or the 'Running' method — which takes just a few seconds per device.
Factory Reset Protection prevents a customer from wiping the device to remove your control. With FRP activated, a factory reset still keeps the device tied to your account until EMIs are cleared.
Yes. You can request the device's current GPS position on demand and view the 3 most recent locations on a map, with the customer's documented consent, to help recover overdue devices.
TechSecure auto-generates monthly, weekly or daily schedules, sends WhatsApp and SMS reminders, records collections in a cashbook ledger, and exports PDF reports. You can also show on-screen and audio reminders on the device.
Access is protected with OTP login, a 4-digit MPIN plus fingerprint, and a separate Master PIN for lock/unlock actions. Data is encrypted, and you can manage active sessions across multiple devices.
TechSecure works on Android and iOS. Dealers can install the Android Dealer app directly as an APK from our download page.
